How much does house cleaning cost in Cincinnati?
It depends on how big the home is, what condition it’s in, and how often you want it done — which is why we quote each one rather than post a table. How pricing works walks through exactly what moves the number. Send your details through the quote form and Sherbek comes back with a firm figure the same day, usually within a couple of hours.
Do recurring cleanings cost less?
Yes — weekly saves 20%, every-other-week 15%, monthly 10%, automatically on every visit.
How much should I tip my house cleaner?
Optional. 10–20% is common on one-time cleans; recurring clients often do holidays instead. Cash or on the invoice — 100% goes to your cleaner.
Is there a contract for recurring cleaning?
No contracts, ever. Change frequency, skip a visit, or stop from your account, no fee.
When is my card charged?
After the appointment is completed, never before.
The clean itself
Standard vs. deep clean — what's the difference?
Standard = surfaces, kitchen, bathrooms, floors. Deep adds baseboards, door frames, behind/under furniture, degreasing, grout and scale, sills and tracks. Full side-by-side on the deep cleaning page.
What does a move-out clean include?
Deep clean scope plus inside cabinets, oven, fridge, closets — the walkthrough checklist landlords actually use.
How long does a cleaning take?
Standard 3bd/2ba: 2–3 hours. Deep: 4–5 hours. Move-outs vary with size and condition.
How often should I have my house cleaned?
Every other week is what most of our recurring clients pick. Weekly for kids-and-pets households, monthly for tidy ones.
Are supplies included?
Yes, everything. Prefer your own products? Leave them out with a note.
Should I clean before you come?
No — just pick up. Less clutter means paid time goes into cleaning, not tidying.

Is it safe to let cleaners into my home?
Every cleaner passes identity verification and a criminal background check before their first job, and is insured and bonded while in your home.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most of our recurring clients aren't. Tell us how we get in when we book the visit — someone's home, a hidden key or a door code — and we lock up when we leave.
Do you clean homes with pets?
Yes — flag pets on the form so we manage doors and bring the right tools for hair.
What if I'm not happy?
Say so within 24 hours, we re-clean the area free. No claim forms, no debate.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Online or by text, free with reasonable notice.
