Post-construction · Cincinnati

From building site to handover.

Post-construction and post-renovation final cleanup. Drywall dust gets everywhere and ordinary cleaning spreads it around — this is a different job with different equipment, and it is the last thing between the build and the keys.

Why people book this one

Drywall dust done properly

It is fine enough to hang in the air for hours and settle again after you leave. We work top-down with the right filtration so it goes once.

Debris and packaging removed

Offcuts, protective film, stickers on windows and appliances, tape residue on trim. The stuff that makes a finished build still look unfinished.

Ready for handover or photos

Whether it is a client walkthrough, a listing shoot or the owners moving in, the place looks like the finished job it is.

We work around your trades

Tell us what is still to come. There is no point cleaning before the last of the sanding is done, and we will say so.

Questions about Construction Cleaning

How is this different from a deep clean?
Different dust, different equipment, different order of work. Construction dust is abrasive and airborne, so it needs filtration and a second pass — a normal vacuum just redistributes it.
Do you do rough cleans mid-build?
Yes, as well as the final. If you want the place workable between phases, ask about a rough clean and a final clean as two visits.
Do you handle commercial sites?
Small commercial and residential renovations, yes. Tell us the square footage and what stage the build is at when you ask for a quote.
Do you handle drywall dust properly?
Yes, and it is the whole reason this is a separate service. Gypsum dust is far finer than household dust and a normal vacuum blows it straight back into the room through the filter. We use sealed HEPA equipment and work strictly top down, so the dust is captured rather than moved.
How many passes does post-construction cleaning take?
Two, and anybody who tells you one is enough has not done it. Whatever was airborne during the first clean settles over the following couple of days, so we normally schedule a shorter second visit a few days later.
Do you remove protective film and stickers?
Yes — film on windows and appliances, manufacturer stickers, tape residue and packaging. Tell us if anything has been sitting in direct sun for weeks, because film left that long takes longer to lift cleanly.
