Questions about Move In / Move Out Cleaning

When should I book it?
Once the place is empty, and before the walkthrough. If furniture is still in, we can only clean around it — which is not what an inspection checks.
Does this guarantee my deposit back?
No cleaner can promise that, and anyone who does is selling you something. What we can do is clean to the standard inspections look for.
Can you do it the same day as the move?
Often yes, if the truck is gone by mid-morning. Tell us the timing when you ask for a quote.
Will this pass a landlord walkthrough?
That is what it is designed for. The scope covers the places deductions actually come from: inside the oven, inside and behind the fridge, inside every cabinet and drawer, bathroom grout and silicone, window tracks, and baseboards. If your lease names anything specific, tell us and we will cover it.
Do you clean inside the oven and fridge?
Yes, both, as standard on a move-out. They are the two most commonly deducted-for items in Ohio and they are included rather than an add-on, unlike a standard or deep clean where they are extras.
How soon before my walkthrough should I book?
Book as soon as you know your key date, and schedule the clean for after you are completely out but before the inspection. The last two days of any month are the busiest window in Cincinnati by a wide margin and they fill first.
