Mason has grown fast, and the housing shows it: substantial newer builds, many over 3,000 square feet, with finished basements, multiple full bathrooms and open-plan main floors.
Square footage is the driver here more than anywhere else we work. A large open floor plan takes real time to do properly, and a finished lower level effectively adds another floor. We would rather quote that honestly up front than lowball it and start adjusting on the day.
Mason is at the northern edge of our regular route, so booking a few days ahead gets you a better choice of slots.
